
Credible information reaching Flex newspaper from our correspondent in Jamaica has it that Sizzla Kalonji’s Europe tour on which he had billed Ghana’s international reggae/dancehall musician Kojo Kombolo has been postponed to October this year.
Per the information, Kombolo the ‘fire strenghta’ is still in the high spirit of shooting his videos in Jamaica and France before he makes his way to Ghana. “Our show has been postponed to October as well as the Europe tour. And this is due to the France shows cancellation. I am urging all my loyal fans to be rest assured and hold their joy because the work still continues,” he said.
Kojo Kombolo is one of the finest reggae dancehall musician Ghana has ever produced aside veterans like Rocky Dawuni, Black Prophet, Gavana. He has taken it upon himself that whenever he tours Europe, he will market Ghana and its music culture.
“I don’t fight for my fame because I believe when my country goes far, I will also be on top of my game. For now, I am working very hard on my EP album which is to be released next month by Inspired Music Concepts which is my new record label based in Jamaica. It has hits songs like ‘Red Gold Green,’ ‘Love Life,’ ‘Education,’ ‘Ma Ami Ewa’ and others, featuring Lutan Fayah, J’se James and Blaka,” he said.
