UPDATE: Gunplay plans to give fans a new mixtape before his debut solo album.
Gunplay has announced the release of an upcoming mixtape titled Cops N Robbers.
Taking to Twitter over the weekend, the Maybach Music Group rapper
wrote, "Mixtape COPS_N_ROBBERS Album MEDELLIN." It's currently unclear
when the tape will be released, or when he plans to drop his Def Jam debut.
The Southern rapper was recently released
from prison on $150,000 bond in connection with the robbery of a man at
a Miami, Florida tax business. If convicted on the charges, he could
face a lifetime in prison. Gunplay is currently on house arrest.
